Safeguarding Statement

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare, both physical and emotional, of every pupil both inside and outside of the school premises. We implement a whole-school preventative approach to managing safeguarding concerns, ensuring that the well-being of pupils is at the forefront of all action taken. 

The school also supports pupils in their understanding of staying safe when using new technology, in accordance with DfE guidance. Furthermore, pupils will be supported in their understanding of personal safety through the broad curricular offer and the PSHE curriculum. (Note: The teaching of Relationships Education (Primary), Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) and Health Education (secondary) is compulsory).
