Online Safety

We believe that teaching children how to navigate the digital world safely is just as important as teaching them to cross the road. The internet is an incredible tool for learning and creativity, but it also presents risks that young minds are still learning to recognize. To ensure our pupils stay secure, we integrate online safety throughout our entire curriculum. While it is explicitly taught during computing and digital literacy lessons, we also weave these vital conversations into PSHE (Personal, Social, Health, and Economic education) to discuss kindness and privacy, as well as English and science when evaluating online information. By embedding these habits into everyday learning, we empower our children to explore the digital world with confidence, respect, and caution.
